DLC and Soundtrack

The Loopler’s paid extras are optional. The September 11, 2026 Steam 1.0 build (app 4150860) is a complete single-player roguelite deckbuilder at $9.99, with a 10% launch discount that dropped the sticker to $8.99 through about 25 September 2026. Nine cars, nine tracks, five difficulties, fifty cards, thirty gates, seventy charms, loadout, garage parts, challenges, Infinity Mode, and 47 achievements all sit in that box. You do not need DLC to plant a boost gate, to fill a 12-round contract, or to keep going after 12/12. This page is the extras article. For the day-one ship list, stay on Launch Notes. For storefront URLs, use the Links Hub.

Two add-on apps exist. A bundle sold them with the game at launch. None of the three SKUs unlock a hidden difficulty, a tenth car, or a card the pit stop was hiding.

Supporter Pack and the soundtrack

The Loopler - Supporter Pack is Steam app 4630020. It is a cosmetics pack. Paint, flair, or other supporter dressing — the live store page is the catalog, and this wiki will not invent a wardrobe list. Cosmetics do not change Fuel Tank, Boost Cap, or Lucky Chance. They do not add gate slots on Crown. They do not make Oil Leak kinder. If a friend says the pack “has the good cards,” they are describing a different genre. Buy it if you want to put money on Mheep’s table and wear the extra layer. Skip it if you only want the loop.

The Loopler Soundtrack is Steam app 4632040. Credit is Pulsewith (Justin Skomarovsky). The in-game mix already plays during a run; the DLC is the library copy you can keep in Steam’s music player and on a commute that is not a Deck session. It does not unlock charms. It does not raise Frozen Threshold. It does not replace the HUD. If you loved the loop enough to want the score in your Steam library, this is the SKU. If you are still deciding whether the toy clicks, stay on the base game and let the in-session audio be enough.

Both apps are completely optional. Family Sharing, Steam Cloud, and Steam Deck Verified apply to the base game. Adding cosmetics or a soundtrack folder changes install size by whatever Steam currently lists on those store pages; the posted 500 MB line on system requirements is the game, not a promise that extras are free in disk terms.

What the extras are not:

  • They are not a season pass. The Loopler is a complete ten-dollar loop, not a live-service calendar.
  • They are not a difficulty. Silver Loop is a difficulty name from demo-era unlocks, and the five 1.0 difficulties per track live in the base game.
  • They are not Infinity Mode. Infinity Mode ships in 1.0. The Infinity Edition name is a bundle label, not a fourth mode.
  • They are not required for the 47 achievements. Badges track loops, durability, gold, drift, slots, freeze weather, ghosts, rockets, luck, tanks, overdrive, and named loop clears. See Achievements.

Confirm live contents on the store. Regional pages sometimes hide a screenshot. This wiki will not match a cosmetic that shipped in a patch this morning.

Infinity Edition pricing, and what you do not get

Infinity Edition is the Steam bundle that sold the base game together with the soundtrack and the Supporter Pack cosmetics for about $14.10 during the launch window. That number sat next to the 10% introductory discount on the $9.99 game. Taxes, later sales, and regional stores will move it. The honest buyer’s guide is three sentences:

  1. Buy the base game (app 4150860) if you only want to loop. $9.99, or $8.99 with the launch 10% off through about 25 September 2026.
  2. Buy Infinity Edition if you want Pulsewith’s score in the library and the cosmetic pack in one click, and the bundle math beats buying 4632040 and 4630020 separately in your region.
  3. Buy a single extra later if you already own the game and only care about one of the two add-ons.

The bundle does not include a unique car identity. Yellow-style gold equal to durability/10 on round complete and blue-style extra starting durability are base-game bodies. It does not include extra tracks. Infinity, Hotdog, and Crown — plus the other six 1.0 layouts — are in the paid game already. It does not include a fuel card. Efficiency (20% on loop) and Reserve Tank (60% on empty, ignores fuel efficiency) are in the fifty-card pool. It does not skip Oil Leak. Events still sit on the node map.

Demo comparison, because people still quote Next Fest hours: the free demo is app 4154070. Demo progress does not carry into 1.0, and it does not carry into DLC either. The itch jam build at The Loopler on itch.io is a historical snapshot. Soundtrack credit stays with Pulsewith across jam, demo, and launch; the Steam soundtrack app is simply the commercial copy.

How to think about extras next to the rest of this wiki:

  • Gameplay questions belong on the Guides Hub. A cosmetic will not fix a mixed engine.
  • Price-and-ship questions belong on Launch Notes. This page is the SKU split of that price section.
  • Storefront, Discord, and socials belong on the Links Hub. The Steam URLs for the soundtrack and the Supporter Pack live there so this article does not become a second address book.
  • Handheld buyers: Deck Verified is a base-game badge. Cosmetics and a soundtrack folder are extra downloads. Play the loop first. Steam Deck.

If the extras store page and this article disagree on a hat or a track title, trust Steam, then The Loopler Discord, then this wiki in that order. Optional means optional. The pit stop still wants one engine, one fuel thought, and the will to skip a pack. No supporter badge plants that gate for you.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Do I need DLC to play The Loopler?

No. The $9.99 base game is the full loop: nine cars, nine tracks, Infinity Mode, and 47 achievements. The Supporter Pack and soundtrack are optional.

What is in the Infinity Edition bundle?

The game plus the official soundtrack (app 4632040) plus the Supporter Pack cosmetics (app 4630020). It sat near $14.10 at launch. Confirm live prices on Steam.

Who composed the soundtrack?

Pulsewith (Justin Skomarovsky). The DLC is the Steam library copy of that score. It does not unlock cards or gates.

Does the Supporter Pack add gameplay?

No. It is cosmetics. It does not add a hidden difficulty, extra gates, or a tenth car. See Launch Notes for what 1.0 actually shipped.

Where are the official store links?

On the Links Hub. Use those URLs for the base game, demo, soundtrack, and Supporter Pack instead of a random chat paste.
